Just wanted to thank you for the great job you did on our domestic well. As you know, I was on site and fascinated with the drill rig and process that I could not leave. The drill rig was "State of the Art" and as you know, I have been in building for many years but never saw such an efficient piece of equipment. My old well was 23 years old but was getting a lot of sand and well was galvanized. Down The Hole well drilling came highly recommended by my water softener service tech. When I called they were like six weeks out due to being so busy, and we're not taking anyone new at the time. But I told them I could wait the six weeks since I was not out of water. Paul and Brice came over and installed my new pvc well and We were very impressed with the new system they installed. They are both hard workers and had the well in and hooked up in no time. Never have to worry about this well rusting or getting a hole in it either. My wife and I are very thrilled with the new well and never had better water than I am getting now. Way to go Paul.

5 Stars We purchased a home and within 1 day had NO running water!! We called Paul from a referral and he showed up the same day (Friday) and worked late into the evening to restore our water. We did need a new well as the one in the home was past its useful life. I live in Port St Lucie, Florida. In April 2019 I contracted with Down The Hole well drilling to have a deep well installed at my home. The 2 man crew showed up on time and proceeded to start the job. Both men were professional, friendly, and courteous. They worked non stop until the entire job was complete. When they were finished my wife served the men one of her specialties. We spoke for a while till the meal was finished, shook hands and then they left. I can only say that the price was fair, the job was neat and clean and I am totally satisfied with this company. I highly recommend Down The Hole.

Paul and Michele dug our well at our house in PSL. I had lots and lots of questions, all were answered in a timely manner and were answered accurately. We dug our well shortly after Covid and supply chain issued, so the prices had gone through the roof. With all that being said, we felt that Down The Hole gave us the best prices that they had to work with and that was much appreciated. Just a heads up to anyone who needs their well replaced. Lots in here between 25 and 30 years, most likely galvanized, so many are nearing the end of service. When you discover you need a new well, at least give Michelle with Down The Hole Wells, a call. They came out, gave us a very fair price for a new all PVC well, came back and installed it while protecting our lawn and our neighbors lawn as if they were their own, cleaned up and gave us a bill slightly less than the again, very fair estimate. New well is amazing. Never had this much flow in the 10 years we lived here. Not many fair and qualified businesses out there anymore, so I wanted to share one!
